Our Global Technical Services Team is seeking a Quality Engineering Technician to support operations in our Hudson, WI.

Travel between the other WI sites will be expected based on where the resources are needed.

Mileage reimbursement will be provided per the Molex policy. This role will Assist Validation Engineers and Quality Engineers in the completion of Quality and Process Validation projects.

It will also support manufacturing in the effort to ensure optimum completion of programs to meet customer, regulatory and manufacturing requirements.   • Support the Quality team and all AQP processes by developing product quality criteria and defining new product deliverables.
  • Work with project teams to draft validation documentation.
  • Help qualify manufacturing equipment to be used in validated processes.
  • Use SAP for quality and validation document approval workflows.
  • Suggest creative quality and validation process improvement opportunities.
  • Support on-site or desk audits of Phillips-Medisize sites to ensure compliance to our global Validation standards.
  • Set up and manage SharePoint as a global point of contact containing validation best practices information and examples of executed validations.

Develop content for the site as needed.

  • Travel to other Phillips-Medisize and vendor sites (up to 10%). Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Associate's or Technical Degree
  • 1 year experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred What Will Put You Ahead
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create technical documents
  • Good project management skills
  • Leadership skills and self-motivation
  • Competence with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of medical device assembly and inspection equipment
