Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking a Utility Operator to join our team and support manufacturing operations. Shift : 12 hour rotating nights, 5pm - 5am Our Team At Phillips-Medisize, our goal is to create value for others.

The leading task of quality control involves enforcing the use of specified processes and materials, ensuring the qualification of operators and equipment, and making a series of planned measurements to determine if quality standards are being met. What You Will Do
- Schedule Manufacturing Operators on daily jobs prior to start of shift, coordinate breaks, and op rotation during shift.
- Coordinate all new Plastic Operator training.
Monitor all new hire training and sign off upon completion.
