We are seeking an Bilingual Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be fluent in both English and Spanish. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our harvesting process from when the order is taken to when the product leaves the facility. The Bilingual Supervisor will play a key role in supervising staff, solving personnel problems, and facilitating effective communication within the team.
Duties
- Oversee job assignments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise and train employees providing guidance on best practices.
- Maintain organized records of time off requests, call outs, etc
- Facilitate communication between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking employees or managers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory position
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is required to facilitate communication effectively.
