Job Summary: The Implementation Manager is responsible for the planning and formulating all activities and personnel surrounding the completion of a project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directs, coordinates and exercises functional authority for the planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within the area of assigned responsibility.
- Plans and formulates project program, organizes and leads staffing according to project requirements.
- Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project, such as technical studies, project design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing in accordance with project department guidelines.
- Reviews project design for compliance with project principles, company standards, customer contract requirements and related specifications.
- Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget.
- Reviews purchases and maintains delivery dates.
- Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling and resolving engineering design and test problems.
- Directs integration of technical activities and products.
- Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications and project drawings.
- Prepares interim and completion project reports.
- Observes all safety, quality and other company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
- Bachelors’ degree in a related field
- 5 years in project management/technical field preferably in the poultry industry.
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail required, exceptional interpersonal skills to professionally relate to customers and all levels of management,
- Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections
- Excellent business management and developmental skills
- Efficient team management skills
- Ability to resolve conflicting situations
- Computer or technical knowledge

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
