We're looking for a highly skilled Chemical Process Optimization Expert to join our team at the Wood River Refinery in Roxana, Illinois. As a key member of our Process Engineering team, you'll be responsible for identifying and presenting new income improvement opportunities through advanced process control applications, and developing APC application-specific documentation and training programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering/design, process control, and/or advanced process control in refining, petrochemical, manufacturing, or a related industry. You'll work closely with the Process Control team to troubleshoot process control strategies and tuning, and partner with the Planning team to discuss possible refinery margin improvement opportunities.
