Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and solutions-oriented Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be passionate about solving problems, delivering excellence, and growing successful real estate portfolios. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring all tenant needs and property requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors.
- Manage maintenance requests, coordinate repairs, and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Handle tenant leasing processes, including marketing vacant units, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize property performance and profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the team on portfolio growth strategies and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of property finances, including rent collection, expense tracking, and budget reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- A highly motivated self-starter with a passion for real estate and property management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience in residential property maintenance or related fields is a plus.
- Real estate license preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using property management software and tools.
