Job Description
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the growth and implementation of the SaaS product for the customers. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert, assisting both sales and customer success teams in demonstrating the platform’s capabilities, onboarding new clients, and ensuring seamless implementation and adoption. You will be responsible for managing the implementation and adoption of the software on already closed deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring a smooth delivery of the solution for the customer.
- Support onboarding and implementation for new customers, ensuring technical success from day one.
- Collaborate with the engineering, development, and sales team to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions for the property management application.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers along with providing training to clients on features, customization options and best practices.
- Develop proof-of-concept configurations to showcase the platform’s capabilities.
- Work closely with product and development teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for ongoing integrations and system expansions.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE SaaS or tech property management application experience in solution engineering roles or similar.
- 5-10 years of experience in a pre-sales support, post-sales, implementation manager, or solutions engineering role, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong understanding of property management technology, smart home integrations, and access control systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product development teams.
- Highly collaborative team player - able to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of professionalism including confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup-like environment.
