About us

We are newly founded landscape supply company looking to re-establish the supply market in the heart of Delaware County.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of the company. Your duties will include:

• Attain knowledge/certifications from our brands to enhance ability to sell our small engine equipment.
• Developing and implementing strategies to achieve company goals & objectives, reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
• Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Creating and managing budgets to ensure financial stability.
• Monitoring market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
• Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues.
• Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Ensuring excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of quality.
• Managing and supervising staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employee performance.
• Conducting regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
• Implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager.
• Must have knowledge of general Landscaping and Small engine equipment.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management
• Ability to interview, hire, train, and manage a diverse team
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
