Job Purpose

PHINIA is currently looking for a “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Customer Service Representative in our Aftermarket Business Unit in Auburn Hills, MI. Seeking an energetic/enthusiastic, self-motivated, problem-solving Customer Service Representative with exceptional communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Use SAP system to enter & process customer orders for assigned customer accounts.
  • Enter orders timely & accurately to ensure data correctly reflects customer requirements and expectations.
  • Manage customer expectations and exercise timely communication practices.
  • Ensure critical information is communicated to internal and external customers.
  • Drive issue resolution with both internal and external customers.
  • Answer Phones
  • Document and maintain work & process instructions.
  • Accounts Receivable reconciliations
  • Operational Efficiency Projects
