We are seeking a diligent and organized Production Coordinator to join our pharmaceutical plant team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating production activities, managing quotes and bids, and scheduling contractors, vendors, and trainings.

Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate Production Activities : Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage Quotes / Bids : Obtain and evaluate quotes and bids from contractors and vendors to support plant operations.
- Scheduling : Develop and manage schedules for contractors, vendors, and training sessions to ensure seamless operations and adherence to timelines.
- Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact between production teams, contractors, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of production activities, quotes, bids, and schedules for future reference and reporting.
- Ensure Compliance : Ensure all production activities and contractor / vendor engagements comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Support Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with relevant teams to implement changes that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications :
Knowledge : Familiarity with pharmaceutical production processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
