Duties

- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Help develop and implement budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality service.
- Provide training and support to staff members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Experience
