Current PA Nursing Home Administrator’s license required
Personal Care Home Certificate for Administrator

Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families and co-workers.
- BA or BS degree in Health Care Administration or related field
- Current PA nursing home administrator’s license required
- Personal Care Home Certificate for Administrator
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing a multi-department combined long term care business operation preferably in a CCRC setting
- Experience in clinical program development, dementia, and end of life care
- Prior experience in managing building renovations desired
- Valid PA Driver’s License
Understanding of the skills direct reports are expected to perform; excellent interpretive reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; excellent analytical and planning skills; expert in the knowledge of regulations governing long term care; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach and manage individuals, professional, and administrative personnel.
