Responsibilities for a Wellness Coordinator with Phoebe Berks:
Maintains a comprehensive program of exercise classes, aquatic therapy, and personal training for the residents of Phoebe Berks campus and outpatient services. Assists with physical assessments of residents and outpatients for appropriate exercise programs within the senior living community. Develops, implements, coordinates and communicates exercise programs. Teaches group fitness to residents of the Phoebe Berks campus
Requirements for a Wellness Coordinator with Phoebe Berks:
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
- Minimum one (1) year experience supervising group exercise programs.
- Current certification in group fitness and personal training by a nationally recognized organization.
