Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images
- Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and disposing of waste properly
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Vocational/Technical Degree in Radiology Technology or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in MRI or related field
- Required certifications: Radiology Technologist (RT), Certified Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR)(ARRT), Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Preferred certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
