Nursing Care Specialist Intermediate Care Unit

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team in the Intermediate Care Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established standards and policies
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
• Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care activities

Requirements:

• 2-year / Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an intermediate care setting
• Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia and BLS certification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Working Conditions:
