Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team on weekend shifts. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will provide critical care to patients with various respiratory conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with respiratory disorders, including those requiring mechanical ventilation.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients based on their unique needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
- Promote education and awareness about respiratory health among patients and families.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
