Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Director/BCBA to join our team. The CD will play a crucial role in overseeing the clinical oversight of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within our center. This role includes supporting a small caseload and providing structured, ongoing mentorship to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) at our facility. The CD is a key figure in the mentorship and training of BCBAs at the local, in-center level, enhancing their clinical, leadership, and professional skills. In addition, the Clinical Director will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and enforcement of any company-wide policies, protocols, and any related documentation to ensure the highest quality Applied Behavior Analysis treatment services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and direct supervision of ABA services within the center.
- Maintain a small caseload, ensuring high standards of care and personalized treatment plans.
- Offer structured mentorship and training to BCBAs, fostering their professional growth and clinical skills.
- Oversee the clinical performance of the entire facility, ensuring compliance with best practices and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other senior staff to continually improve service delivery and client outcomes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of center policies and procedures.
- Lead by example, demonstrating exemplary leadership and clinical skills.
- Conduct and manage initial client assessments to create a personalized treatment plan including individualized dosage and supervision based on clinical standards.
- Provide supervision, training, and feedback to ensure staff implement client programs with fidelity. Collaborate with client’s treatment team to ensure a unified and effective approach.
- Provide training to BCBAs on how to properly arrange their day-to-day schedules, so that they can optimize on billable hours without losing quality of treatment.
- Responsible for meeting and interviewing potential BCBA candidates that will join their cohort.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Must have an LBA in the state of Arizona
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering and overseeing ABA services.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a track record of mentoring BCBAs or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of ABA best practices and a commitment to ethical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Exceptional leadership skills with executive staff, supervisory staff and therapists.
- Ability to provide positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to motivate staff and achieve desired outcomes.
