Key Responsibilities:
.Data Entry
• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding title transfers
• Maintain and reconcile financial records, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries
• tax Preparation and month-end closing procedures
• Manage daily transactions and dealership financial reports
• Provide administrative support and assist in audits as needed
Experience & Skills Required:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Title Clerk, Bookkeeper, or in a related automotive role
• Experience with DMS (Dealer Management Systems) and CRM systems required
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and title processing regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
