Seeking an Admissions Coorindator to join our expanding Behavioral Health Admissions Department. Looking for someone with a high level of customer service to help ease client and referral experience, working with clients with mental health / addictions
Job responsibilities are : performing initial screening for program appropriateness, scheduling new behavioral health intakes in open appointment slots, obtaining medical records from referral sources / pharmacies / outside treatment providers / PCP / etc., creating new client charts in electronic medical record, scanning / uploading documents, sending fax requests, obtaining and verifying insurance through systems in place, attending trainings, contributing feedback about client experience and any areas of improvement, making confirmation calls, coordination with various department Directors / Clinicians / Prescribers.
Salary : $45,000
