SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant

Location: Remote (Expected to travel approximately 50% of the time.)

Duration: Full-Time

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
• Work from strategy development to solution implementation using your knowledge of SAP Cloud and working with the latest technologies such as S4HANA.
• Partner with a cross-functional global team to ensure customer success in a transformative environment.
  
  

The Phoenix Business, Inc SAP SuccessFactors team is an inbound delivery model where we support our clients from across the nation. Some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to training and major milestones at the client site. You are expected to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Required Skills/Experience

• Ability and willingness to develop and lead less experienced and Jr. resources
• Experience in Human Resource (HR) business process design and development, running workshops, and gathering requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of lead implementation experience and 5 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations
• Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (based on project requirements)
  
  

Desired Skills/Experience

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in one or more modules
• Previous employment in a Human Resources-related capacity
• Implementation experience with SAP HCM, or other established on-premise or on-demand Talent Management solutions (e.g., Taleo, Workday, ADP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, Kronos, etc).
