- Ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and translate requirements into the desired SAP SuccessFactors functionality
- Ability to demo the product in a pre-sales capacity and in implementation in the form of playbacks to prospects and clients
- Provide consulting expertise and leading practices in client engagements for various modules
- Ability to transfer requirements into SAP SuccessFactors configuration workbooks
- Troubleshoots system defects, configuration challenges, in-unit and user acceptance testing scenarios
- Ability to train clients in system administration and end-user training
- Experience in leading 5 SAP SuccessFactors implementations as a lead consultant
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Understanding of HR functions and processes
- Clear communication with clients, ability to rectify solution design decisions
- Maintain product knowledge and certifications with SAP SuccessFactors
- Holding current certifications in 2 or more SAP SuccessFactors Modules: Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding 1.0 / 2.0, Succession and Career Development, Learning Management, or Workforce Analytics Consulting Functions
- Prior experience in HR
- SAP ECC HCM experience is a plus
- Understanding of inter-module integration and external integrations
- General understanding of integration offerings by SAP SuccessFactors and SAP CPI
