WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Process vendor invoices utilizing the Company’s financial system
- Ensure imaging of invoices and supporting documents in timely and accurately manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Monitor open Purchase Orders and unvouched receipts to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Process customer invoices within the accounting system and send to customers.
- Assist with audit support as necessary
- Other accounting or administrative duties as assigned
ABOUT YOU:

- Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or High School Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Accounting required
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfortable using computer applications for various task beyond general accounting
- Customer focused – internal and external
- Plan and organize work activities with excellent time management skills
- Ability to focus on detail, while working effectively and efficiently
- Positive team member, collaborates well, and great interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Government contracting experience is a plus
