We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Operations Assistant - JBLM MTC.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Assists the Operations Manager in the establishment and implementation of standard operating procedures
- Assists the MTC staff in providing tours and briefings of facilities and demonstrated capability of various training systems and simulation capabilities, scheduling and unit coordination for all MTC training and non-training events.
- Tracks usage and other critical data for all training/non-training events using Government systems, when available, for reporting usage of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) (i.e. LVC-IA, JLCCTC, JLVC/JCATS, JDLM, OneSAF, Low Overhead Systems (LOTS and DXTRS), Gaming, SVCT and SRDT, and space only events, such as VTC, visits etc.), and other systems as designated by the Government. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in office administration, usage reporting, budgeting, record keeping required
- SECRET security clearance required
