What You’ll Do
As Parts Manager, you will play a vital role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing & Procurement: Identify and select suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality parts.
Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock while improving efficiency.
Quality Control: Ensure all parts meet industry standards and our company’s quality expectations.
Cost Analysis & Budgeting: Monitor costs and manage budgets to optimize purchasing decisions.
Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure favorable terms and reliable service.
Order Processing: Create and manage purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends and new products to support strategic purchasing.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with the following qualifications:
✅ Experience: Prior experience in parts management, procurement, or a related field (automotive, agricultural, or industrial parts preferred).
✅ Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive, machinery, or agricultural parts and industry standards.
✅ Education: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
✅ Additional Requirements: Must hold a valid driver’s license.
