Title : Healthcare Patient Customer Service Representative
Schedule : Monday - Friday (no weekends)
Location : Remote
Experience : Minimum of one year
Travel required : None
Primary Responsibilities :
- Answer patient calls regarding EOB and research balances.
- Manage patient refunds. - Process Patient Payments
