We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who will play a pivotal role in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and addressing complaints through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients visiting our Denver headquarters with equipment pickups and drop-offs.
- Process orders for clients in EPA Region 8, both in person and via phone.
- Proactively contact potential clients within EPA Region 8 to foster business growth.
- Develop expertise in Geotech's extensive range of proven technology and equipment.
- Respond effectively to sales inquiries from prospective customers.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and existing clientele.
- Identify client needs, understand their projects, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Engage clients throughout the entire sales cycle, from initiation to closure.
- Maintain a current sales pipeline of quotes for follow-up actions.
- Regularly update and manage our CRM system to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in sales training sessions through third-party resources.
- Proven experience in customer engagement within B2B, retail, or call center environments.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Highly organized, with the capability to navigate and manage numerous contacts in a CRM.
- Team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate and assist colleagues as needed.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is essential.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is highly preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
- Pay: \(25.00 - \)30.00 per hour, commensurate with relevant experience and performance.
- Expected hours: 20-40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
