We're looking for a skilled Private Duty LPN or RN to work with us in Florissant, Mo and surrounding areas. As a nurse, you'll have the opportunity to make a daily difference in the lives of children and young adults with specialized healthcare needs.
- Develop, review, and revise plans of care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide high-quality nursing care according to physician's orders, individual plans of care, and client authorization.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to relevant personnel and physicians.
- Supervise and instruct clients, families, or other healthcare team members in treatment plans.
