NURSING STUDENTS Private Home Care RN Services Private Duty Care Part Time - $19 / hr.

RN Services Private Duty Care is a locally owned and operated home health company in the St. Louis area for over 25 years. We are seeking caring, dependable and team-oriented caregivers. Currently staffing nursing students for part time hours. If you are living in the St Louis area and enrolled in class on campus / virtually, we are able to coordinate your class and work schedules. You will gain hands on experience working one-on-one with our clients, developing practical skillsets in real life environments.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma
Licensed driver with clean driving record and adhere to RNS’ safety policy
Vehicle that is currently insured in accordance with state / RNS' policy
Cellphone with internet and texting capabilities, cell phone skills
Daily access to RNS’ email
Knowledge of the English language
Complete all physical and mental demands for the position described.

Responsibilities :

Provides care agreed upon by client / client’s family and RNS case manager.

Assistance with activities of daily living - monitoring Alzheimer’s & dementia clients; vital signs; patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management, transportation and errands as needed for client. Work with pets when necessary.

Comply with RNS’ policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code and weekend and holiday availability policies.

CPR certified or completion within 90 days of hire.

Responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacement.

Employee of the month awards, Holiday pay, Continuity of care with client, Flexible scheduling

Job Type : Part time

All shifts available. We do have a no sleeping policy for overnight shifts
