What You’ll Do:
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that keeps our construction projects moving forward smoothly. You’ll work closely with the owner, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure deadlines are met, budgets are tracked, and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from start to finish
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and critical milestones
- Manage documentation including permits, contracts, and change orders
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to keep everyone aligned
- Monitor inventory, order materials, and ensure timely delivery
- Help manage project budgets and cost tracking
- Conduct on-site visits as needed to support execution and quality control
- Support project reporting and keep leadership informed of project status
What You Bring:
- 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related role
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in construction software, project management tools
- Understanding of construction processes, documentation, and scheduling
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of field and office professionals
- A proactive attitude and a drive to take initiative
What Is Preferred:
- Experience with residential and/or commercial construction
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platforms
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
