We are currently seeking a skilled ERP Administrator to manage and maintain our Yardi ERP system within our M365 organization.
The ideal candidate will be service-minded and responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of our ERP system, providing technical support, and collaborating with various departments to optimize system performance.

Responsibilities
- System Management : Configure and maintain the Yardi ERP system, including setting up new modules, updating existing modules, and ensuring system performance and reliability.
- Technical Support : Provide technical support for Yardi users, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and ensure timely resolution of user access problems.
- Customization : Customize Yardi modules to meet user needs, improve performance, and integrate with other business systems.
- Data Management : Ensure data integrity and security within the Yardi ERP system, including regular data backups and audits.
- User Training : Train users on Yardi functionalities, create user manuals, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of the system.
- Vendor Coordination : Work with Yardi vendors for system support, enhancements, and integration with other business applications.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of Yardi system procedures, configurations, and operations.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with IT staff to integrate Yardi ERP software with other business systems and ensure seamless data flow.
- Recommendations : Suggest improvements, upgrades, and new technologies to enhance the Yardi ERP system's capabilities.
- Custom Reports : Develop and maintain custom reports in the Yardi platform.
Skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and system configurations.
Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of technical experience as a Yardi administrator and five (5) years of experience in business systems applications, ideally in large real estate or regulated environments.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, and / or computer science preferred.
