What You’ll Do
-Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual lathes and milling machines
-Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models
-Program and design in Esprit or Mastercam
-Calculate and document dimensions, tolerances, and machining parameters
-Determine optimal machining techniques for precision work
-Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency
-Think creatively and solve complex machining challenges
What We’re Looking For
-Strong CNC and manual lathe experience
-Proficiency in CAD software (Mastercam and Esprit preferred)
-Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD data
-Strong math skills – precision is key
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
Preferred Experience
-Manual Bridgeport and lathe operation – 3 years
-CNC programming and operation – 5 year
