What Youll Do
- Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual lathes and milling machines
- Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models
- Program and design in Esprit or Mastercam
- Calculate and document dimensions, tolerances, and machining parameters
- Determine optimal machining techniques for precision work
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency
- Think creatively and solve complex machining challenges
