Clerical
REPORTS TO: HR Manager/Office Manager/Administrator
General Summary
Under limited supervision and according to established policies and procedures is responsible for providing personal secretarial and clerical services, such as preparing correspondence in final form, writing routine letters and memos, receiving and directing visitors, arranging meetings, maintaining department records and files, and so forth. Requires a good working knowledge of their superiors’ area(s) of responsibility in order to maintain operational records, gather data, prepare reports, and perform other clerical duties. Receptionists are assigned to levels I, II, III, IV, V based upon the scope and complexity of their superiors’ administrative responsibilities. Clerical(s) are assigned to major department heads. Responsibilities
1. Completes a wide range of typing tasks, which include correspondence, personnel profiles, lists, forms, tables, charts, records, statistical tables, and so forth.
2. May assist in preparation of administrative reports, statements, rosters, and so forth; performs difficult data or information gathering, computes complex computations and drafts special reports or summaries for review by superior.
3. Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls and either notify superior or other staff members, or records and relays messages. Responds to general inquiries concerning the activities and operation of the department by relating or referring to established policies and procedures.
4. Arranges meetings and conferences, schedules interviews and appointments, complete travel arrangements and maintains personal calendars.
5. Establishes, maintains, and revises record keeping and filing systems; classifies, sorts and files correspondence, articles, records, and other documents.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Works within the Agency office.

General Summary
This position will collaborate with customers on all aspects of the ordering process. Assists the billing department when needed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Daily Duties
1. Unbilled Report: AOB Assigned, CMN not attached, and Prior Auth. Nonattached
2. Check with Technician Supervisor or desk throughout the day for paperwork
3. Complete all confirming and filing before leaving for the night
4. Process all orders before leaving for the night
5. Assist with answering phone calls
Weekly
1. Meet with the marketing team and go over the Unbilled and Unreturned List and print all new orders that need to be signed. – Done after weekly meeting2.Speak with Technician Supervisor regarding unconfirmed orders and give a list to Customer Service Representative or Biller stating who and why is unconfirmed
2. All other duties assigned
