The library's Community Relations Team plays an integral role in supporting the mission, vision, and values of Phoenix Public Library through informative and engaging internal and external communications, library brand management, and promoting Phoenix Public Library initiatives.
Phoenix Public Library is seeking a seasoned communications professional to develop and execute strategic communications plans to effectively promote library services, resources, and programming to diverse communities throughout greater Phoenix. Working independently and under the guidance of the Library's Community Relations Director, the Community Relations Manager will collaborate with library staff and leadership in identifying and achieving a consistent and integrated public voice of Phoenix Public Library. Utilizing communications research and data-based approaches, this position represents Phoenix Public Library in stakeholder, media, and public relations, oversees library social media strategies and creates engaging content using a variety of mediums including print, web, digital, video, and e-mail.
SALARY
Pay and Hiring Range : $71,240.00 to $116,022.40 annually.
