Phoenix Pro Connect is collaborating with a client in Miami to fill a crucial role as a Salesforce Admin Consultant for a 3-month maternity coverage contract, with the potential for a permanent position.
Salesforce Admin Tasks and Responsibilities :
Handled by / Ops :
Troubleshooting user access
Creating reports and dashboards
Updating picklist values and adding them to record types if necessary
Creating and managing queues
Omni-channel troubleshooting and managing queues and agents
Additional Admin Assistance Needed :
Ensuring data quality on opportunities and events created
Maintaining field access and visibility, removing access for unused fields
Managing user permissions and roles
Implementing automation, flows, and validation rules, including enhancing existing ones and creating new ones
Evaluating if validation rules can be replaced using Lightning Record page conditional criteria
Monitoring Salesforce Audit Trail for any configuration changes made by other users or systems
Assigning permission sets and permission set groups for new users
Maintaining and updating sales channels hierarchy (Roles)
Adding new Sales users to Einstein Activity Capture configuration
Creating and updating fields and managing profile access
Ongoing Projects :
Fraud Prevention Tickets - Kount integration : Enhancing internal Salesforce processes to manage potential fraudulent payments flagged by Kount.
Opportunity validation for ISRs : Implementing a validation process for opportunities created by ISRs, including approval / rejection by team leaders.
Updating ticket Survey flow : Enhancing survey evaluation for individual events related to opportunities and creating reports and dashboards for monitoring.
Upcoming Projects :
Fee Exception Approval Process : Implementing a process for account managers to request discounted rates for customers (Pending Data Team process definition).
Updating Call Ticket Flow : Simplifying the screen flow for CERs to create call tickets in Salesforce to improve efficiency.
Report Cleanup : Improving folder structure, reviewing folder access, eliminating duplicate and obsolete reports, etc.
