We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in the safety equipment or industrial supply industry. This role is critical in developing and executing a strategic sales plan to introduce innovative safety smart eyewear into new markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy :
Craft a sales plan targeting hardware chains and industrial distributors of safety eyewear.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers in hardware chains and industrial distributors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Set ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications : Required :
