What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender - Sotto position at Phoenix Project Cincinnati, LLC?
Bartenders will be responsible for providing guests with a memorable dining experience. They will be expected to uphold our highest standards of hospitality by being attentive, professional and efficient behind the bar at all times. After completing a comprehensive training program, bartenders will be expected to use their detailed food, wine, spirits and beer knowledge. They will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of all product behind the bar. Additionally they will be responsible for mixing and serving all drinks ordered and mastering the execution of classic and craft cocktails. Bartenders will be responsible for continuing to grow their food and beverage knowledge during the course of their employment.
