What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Multifamily Property Manager position at Phoenix Property Management?
Immediate full-time opening for an experienced bilingual Property Manager for a 200 unit apartment complex in Fort Worth.
$25-$29/Hr DOE plus bonuses, rental discounts, PTO, holiday pay.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer Skills -- Experience with MS Office Applications and One Site or similar software.
- Basic Math skills -- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, compare rate/ratio/percentages & interpret basic graphs. All applicants are required to take a written math/logic test when interviewed.
- Reasoning Skills -- Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions with commonsense understanding. Ability to deal with problems that involve variables in situations.
- Minimum 5 years experience managing a 200 unit property
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

- Customer Service Skills
- Multi-dwelling experience
- A positive mental attitude and leadership skills
- Effective time management and problem solving skills
- Affordable housing experience (Section 8), Fair Housing certification
- Proven verbal and written communication skills--bilingual Spanish/English

- Experience in effective conflict resolution
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
