We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
- Oversee daily golf operations, both from the pro shop sales and tournaments side, as well as the grounds maintenance side.
- Manage staff performance through effective training, supervision, and motivation.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Handle cash management processes, including cash handling and financial reporting. Reports are sent to ownership daily.
- Coordinate events management to ensure successful execution of tournaments and other special events.
- Handle Human Relations functions for your staff both in the golf side and the grounds side.
- Prepare detailed reports on operational performance for upper management review And negotiate all contracts and vendor purchases for cost effective operations
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer service.

- Proven experience in the golf industry is essential
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage guest relations effectively.
- Marketing skills is a must—as you will be responsible for promoting your golf course to the entire community for daily play and events,
- Excellent management skills with experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in report writing and data analysis for operational assessments.
- Experience in cash handling procedures and financial oversight.
- Background as an assistant manager or similar role is highly desirable.
- Effective events management skills to coordinate various functions seamlessly.
