POSITION SUMMARY
The Residential Operations Manager works closely with the Director of Residential Operations to understand how residential campus activities connect within the big picture and ensure a supportive campus environment. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the recovery campuses, including, but not limited to, managing resident relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and ensuring smooth campus operations, all while prioritizing resident satisfaction. The Manager will also act as a community liaison, working with outside entities that have relationships with the Mission’s residential campuses.
The Residential Operations Manager is also responsible for cultivating a team culture and climate that aligns with Phoenix Rescue Mission’s organizational values and for modeling behaviors that align with those values.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration between teams to enhance service delivery, client outcomes, and operational efficiencies.
- Serve as the point person for Ministry Trainees and for on-campus situations during business hours and on an on-call rotation after hours, assisting staff with de-escalation strategies and crisis intervention to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Work with senior leadership to develop departmental objectives that maximize the quality of service delivery and support organizational initiatives and objectives.
- Assess current operational processes and procedures, identify compliance gaps and other opportunities for improvement, and participate in writing and maintaining revision control for procedures.
- Manage policies and procedures, ensuring that they are implemented properly.
- Manage and maintain existing relationships with outside organizations that provide services to the residential recovery campuses.
- Coordinate the logistics and processes necessary to meet residential campus grant KPIs and objectives, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution.
- Manage the campus tour calendar and process, including providing tours.
- Submit reports as required and participate in management team activities and committees.
- Facilitate the coordination and management of special projects and events both within the organization and with external partners, overseeing all aspects from developing detailed work plans and schedules to monitoring project metrics and addressing deviations in quality, cost, and timelines.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support the coordination and logistics related to resident admissions and discharges.
- Oversee and manage all logistics systems for the residential campus and facilitate cross-campus systems collaborations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with PRM policies, legal, and ethical standards across all residential departments by actively communicating and collaborating with department leaders.
- Demonstrate understanding and comply with all relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements, company policies and procedures, and the Code of Ethical Conduct.
- Follow the Mission’s Statement of Faith and lifestyle and adhere to the Mission’s employee policy manual and guidelines set forth by the CEO.
- Lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.
- Perform other duties within scope as assigned.
Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in a behavioral health discipline or business-related field and at least five years of experience in behavioral health, health care, operations or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
- At least three years of supervisory experience, resulting in strong demonstrated leadership, administrative, and upervisory skills, is preferred.
- Experience in residential recovery or substance use treatment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
