Job Summary:
We are seeking a positive and fast learning individual to join our production team as a Screen Printer. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for printing high-volume jobs on various materials. The ideal candidate will have a background in screen printing. However, we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Mix and prepare inks according to color specifications
- Set up and operate screen printing machines
- Load materials onto the printing press and ensure proper alignment
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials when necessary
- Clean and maintain printing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the design team to create artwork for printing
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
- 2 Years of Screen Printing Preferred
- Warehouse Experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality prints
- Familiarity with different types of inks, substrates, and printing techniques
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in fast past environment
