What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Assistant position at Phoenix Services LLC?
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support the HR department in various administrative tasks and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Supporting staff in assigned project based work
- Preparing and/or formatting documents and spread sheets using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Human Resources Information System and Benefit Provider websites
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating events
- Ordering and organizing office supplies
- General office administrative support
- Assistance to Human Resources and Accounting departments
- Other tasks as needed
Qualified candidates will have strong administrative skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels, and at least 3 years ’ experience in administrative support, preferably in Human Resources. Strong Microsoft Excel skills also required.
