We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a part time basis. The hours can be flexible to fit your schedule (15-30 hours per week).
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to the Administrative Director. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Respond to calls and emails from clients and vendors and liaising competently on behalf of the Administrative Director .
- Conduct research and compile data in requested formats (Excel Spreadsheets, pdf forms, Word documents, etc.)
- Run errands for the office
- Other administrative support duties as needed
Qualified candidates will have strong organizational skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and at least 1 year of related experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
