Michigan-based window and door company is expanding and seeking a full time, dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our logistics and delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and experience with warehouse equipment.
- Unload and receive incoming product from outside vendors
- Load product onto our delivery trailers and unload product at job sites
- Maintain professional demeanor and communication with clients on job sites
Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm with some overtime
Qualified candidates must have a valid drivers license, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs., and former warehouse or delivery experience.

Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks to move products efficiently.
- Perform order picking and fulfillment tasks, ensuring accuracy in selecting items for shipment.
- Load and unload products from trucks and containers, maintaining safety protocols at all times.
- Build and assemble pallets for shipping, ensuring proper weight distribution and stability.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists.
- Maintain an organized workspace by keeping inventory stocked and the warehouse clean.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Skills
- Proficient in operating reach trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Experience in order picking, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
