Our busy Ann Arbor office is now hiring a full time Front Desk Receptionist! If you are interested in working in a fun, fast-paced office and if you have a willingness to learn, we want to talk to you!
The main duties will be answering a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments and completing data entry. Other duties will include tracking office supply inventory, maintaining a clean front lobby area, and assisting job seekers with their new hire paperwork.
This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.
Qualified candidates will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. High School Diploma or GED required.
