Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Senior Manager, Hospitality with the Arena Operations Department. This position will create a best-in-class arena hospitality experience by ensuring the food & beverage program elevates the fan experience for all ticketed and non-ticketed events in the arena and across all functional areas. The Senior Manager, Hospitality will serve as the primary point of contact for the on-site food & beverage team and will be responsible for bringing together the vision, priorities and expectations while measuring performance against established KPIs.
What Will You Do:
- Manage day-to-day of food & beverage partnership and all food & beverage functions in the arena including pre-planning / communication, in-event management and evaluation and post-event action plans and billing.
- Work collaboratively with all internal departments and external event partners to establish the food & beverage priorities and revenue-driving opportunities.
- Act as organization’s centralized source of food & beverage data, analysis, fan experience metrics and industry best practices to inform strategy, investment and operational efficiencies.
- Continuously evaluate and report on food & beverage KPIs, pricing, promotions, product distribution, fan sentiment, financials and operations; turn analysis into action with timely adjustments to be implemented through the food & beverage partner.
What We Need From Our Senior Manager, Hospitality:

In addition to the day-to-day management of the food & beverage partnership, the Senior Manager, Hospitality will serve as the centralized resource and strategist to meet & exceed the goals of various internal stakeholders and external clients related to the food & beverage program.

This will require working collaboratively and cross-functionally with departments including, but not limited to, Ticket Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Guest Services / VIP and the Executive Leadership team.

This role will combine food & beverage strategy, operations, business intelligence and project management in full partnership with team and arena leadership and the food & beverage provider to ultimately provide an unparalleled fan experience and drive revenue.
Experience/ Education Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume hospitality or food & beverage operations role.
- Previous experience directly and indirectly managing a team.
- Previous experience managing budgets and turning analytics into action.

- Position is predominately computer-based, requiring the use of a computer monitor
- Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person
- Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
