Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, time management, and proficiency in various computer applications, including Google Docs and Sheets. We are located in the Fort Pierce Industrial park. Some of our products include: Bike seats, Automotive Repair Tools, Fly Fishing Gear and Jeep Parts. The majority of our customer care needs are for our bike seats. It is not required, but would be helpful if you have cycling experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Help potential customers decide which product to purchase
- Accept orders and enter them into the website
- Handle return and exchange requests.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry.
- Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle records with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
- Utilize computerized systems to manage appointments and client information effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively on the phone and through email.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software applications.
- Ability to type accurately and quickly for data entry tasks.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
