Auto-immune skin diseases such as Psoriasis, Atopic Dermatitis, and Vitiligo can be debilitating both physically and emotionally. Many topical and pharmaceutical treatments are costly and have serious side effects. With phototherapy, payers have a low-cost alternative, providers have a simple and effective solution, and patients have a safe, easy, and natural alternative with the option of use in the comfort of their own home.
We are expanding our journey to help patients, improve clinical outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and expand market access. Phothera offers phototherapy devices for clinic and home treatment use under the guidance and prescription of an authorized care provider. We are looking for entrepreneurial leaders with a strong bias-for-action to accelerate adoption and growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas by developing and executing territory plans.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory/targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct virtual meetings, product demos, and presentations to prospects and customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of Phothera’s products, services, and competitive positioning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within the assigned region.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions that align with their business goals and patient needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM software.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies and improve sales processes.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
- Participate in sales training and professional development programs.
- Experience: 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, medical, or healthcare sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong challenger selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting platforms
