Key Responsibilities :
Requirements Gathering and Analysis :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze requirements, and translate them into detailed documentation.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement in retail and ecommerce operations.
Data Analysis and Insights :
Analyze sales, customer behavior, and operational data to provide actionable insights.Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making.Process Improvement :
Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.Identify inefficiencies in ecommerce platforms and suggest enhancements for better user experience.Project Management Support :
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects related to retail systems, ecommerce platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.Stakeholder Communication :
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather input and share findings.Technology Assessment :
Evaluate ecommerce tools, CRM systems, and other retail technologies to ensure they meet business requirements.Recommend new technologies or upgrades to improve efficiency and scalability.Qualifications and Skills :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.Experience :3-5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the retail or ecommerce industry.
Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and retail systems (e.g., POS, ERP).Analytical Skills : Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Soft Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.Certifications (Preferred) : CBAP, CCBA, or relevant certifications in business analysis or project management.Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation : USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation : USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
