Onsite: Portland, OR( Hybrid model)

Search platform expertise (e.g., UNBXD, Algolia)
- Customer Data Platform (Amperity, Adobe)
- API integration for web and mobile apps
- Dynamic segmentation for personalization
- Omnichannel search and journey orchestration
- Amazon Databricks for analytics and data modeling
Key Responsibilities:
- Search Tool Implementation and Optimization:
- Oversee the implementation of advanced search platforms (e.g., UNBXD) to enhance product discovery capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for features like filters, facets, dynamic landing pages, and SEO optimization.
- Integrate personalized and segmented search results using consumer profile data from the CDP (Amperity).
- Omnichannel Integration:
- Configure APIs to enable seamless integration of search functionality across web and mobile applications.
- Ensure a scalable architecture to support omnichannel search needs and future platform expansion.
- Customer Data Integration and Governance:
- Partner with the data teams to integrate consumer profiles from retail, call center, and e-commerce systems into a unified CDP.
- Develop a data governance framework to manage access, privacy, compliance, and pixel inventory.
- Dynamic Segmentation and Personalization:
- Work with marketing teams to enhance SMS and email engagement through dynamic segmentation and personalized messaging.
- Define requirements for scaling consent management processes for centralized engagement tracking.
- Platform Modernization and Digital Experiences:
- Reimagine digital and physical employee and consumer experiences through modernized platforms.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to build an integrated digital experience platform with headless CMS, composable commerce capabilities, and an improved design system.
- Enable the development of microsites (e.g., PFG microsite) and personalized "One-to-One for Everyone" journeys.
- Data Analytics and Experimentation Models:
- Define and prioritize requirements for advanced data analytics and segmentation models powered by tools like Amazon Databricks.
- Support the implementation of MTA/MMM models to refine consumer acquisition strategies and enhance journey orchestration.
- Pilot Initiatives and Growth Channels:
- Facilitate pilot mobile application development and testing for trusted audiences.
- Identify opportunities for growth through emerging social commerce channels and scalable solutions.
